A No-Gi variation with a right entry step and a left-leg reap, shown in five illustrated steps. The fourth frame is a working version.
Technique overview
A (black) performs the throw, and B (grey) is the partner on whom the technique is demonstrated. Left and right refer to each athlete’s anatomical sides. The descriptions follow the project’s illustrated sequence and are not a video transcript.
From standing, A establishes control of B’s neck and upper arm, then steps with the right foot to the outside of B’s left leg. Maintaining support on the right leg, A brings the left leg behind B’s left leg and begins the reap while directing the upper body with the arms. The final illustration shows B on the right side, with A maintaining head and upper-arm control.
